· From 401 000€ → 4.5% TTC

· Minimum charge 5 000€ TTC

· Building land → 8% TTC

· Land not suitable for building → 8% TTC

· Commercial premises → 8% TTC

· In the event of inter-cabinet sales, TRINIMMO will respect the fees of the original mandate.
